IN THE GARDEN

The garden has always been an incredibly special and peaceful place for me. It’s where my grandmother taught me to grow vegetables and how I connect with our gorgeous mother earth.

I start in late winter, carefully selecting the most beautiful annuals with my upcoming weddings in mind. In early spring, I’m usually BURSTING with excitement when it’s finally time to tuck those tiny seeds into their soil trays. I care for them as they grow into strong, healthy plants and spend the entire month of May planting them into their garden beds.

From these beds, I can pull the freshest blooms for my florals. I grow dahlias, peonies, garden roses, sweet peas, cosmos, hollyhock, yarrow, rudbeckia, calendula, herbs and whatever my heart is set on this season.

I consider creating florals for two people in love one of the most beautiful things to be a part of. It is an honor to be asked, and I don’t take that lightly. These blooms are grown from my heart, for you.
